Reminder: in off-peaffk season, swimming is only accessible to our guests in the heated pool from 1st May.
We have a large paddling pool, suitable for children as well as land games, but also games to share with parents, such as the electric cars and the bumper boats.
- In peak season, access to the park includes many free activities :
– 4 water slides (one of which being a slide wall) (2 blue ones, 80cm in depth) (2 green ones, 1m in depth),
– Fishing on the pond,
– The spillway heated swimming pool, 14m x 7m (a small pool, going from 40cm to 1m in depth, and large pool, going from 1.20m to 2.50m in depth),
– Sunbeds on the pool’s edge available,
– The 500m² paddling pool (0 to 1m deep), equipped with a “mushroom” fountain and its own water slides,
– Château d’Agathe (Agathe’s Castle) and Citadelle d’Elodie (Elodie’s Fortress) land games,
“Panda” ball pit,
– “Enter the jungle” inflatable,
– Trampolines and their 3 jump mats,
– Table tennis, bowls lawn
Swimming pools are open from 11:00am to 7:00pm, under the supervision of a lifeguard in peak season (except if the park is closed to the general public for weather-related reasons).

Access to the Park is free for our guests !
Certain activities require tokens to be used :
– Pedal or electric boats,
– Pond inflatables (reserved for swimmers, life jackets are compulsory),
– Electric car or bumper boat games,
– The air trampoline,
– Mini-golf

For each paid entry, 2 tokens are free and can be used for the following activities
The swimming pool is heated, and according to the outside weather, the temperature varies from 24 to 29°.
Be aware, if temperatures are clearly lower than the normal seasonal averages, this can have an effect on maintaining the temperatures outlined above.
Yes, if they are only used for swimming, we reserve the right to forbid access to the swimming pools, if hygiene is not respected.
No, for safety reasons.
Only if they know how to swim, it is however recommended for children less than 12 years old to be accompanied by an adult to help them climb on to the Equipment.
The depth of the blue slides is 80cm, parents must make sure their child is capable of going down this slide and use their common sense, armbands for non-swimmers and supervision is imperative. The green slides are better suited to older children (1m in depth).
People come out of the slide into little pools, similar to the swimming pools.
Yes, in the inflatables area (water park), activity which uses tokens, reserved for swimmers (equipped with life jackets).
After the pontoon, the equivalent of 2 swimming lanes of around 25m in length, around 2 metres in depth, are reserved for swimmers.
The fishing pond: around 7000m² (from 2 to 6m in depth),
The swimming pond around 1.50 hectares (from 3 to 11.50m in depth) (possibility to fish there, too).
The temperature varies according to weather conditions, its range is quite vast – between 20° and 30° during the summer season.
It is a natural environment with algae, but this does not alter the quality of the water. We are tested by the Regional Health Agency, and for years, the pond water is classed as being of an excellent quality.
Absolutely not, you are in a private enclosure, with no need to be a holder of a fishing permit.
As regards fishing times : The general public must keep to the times outlined in the leisure park pricing section.
No, in peak season, it is included in the park entry price (see prices).
If however, you want to arrive at 9:00am, it costs €13, it is highly recommended to book, so that we can welcome you.
In off-peak season, it costs €6 for over 10 years old, and €5 for those under 10 years old.
We do not, unfortunately, but you will find these in Le Bugue (7 minutes away):
Either at the “Au fin pêcheur” fishing shop, in the shopping area (26 rue de Paris),
Or at the Bricomarché (route du Buisson)
All types of bait can be used, apart from Canadian bait, and it is not to be used excessively.
Insofar as possible, please do not use any more than 2 rods.
“Catch and release” is appreciated here.

No, it is not accessible. Please use the car parks outside.
Yes, apart from category 1 and 2 dogs (dogs classed as “dangerous dogs”). They must be kept on a lead, and are allowed on grassy areas (swimming pool edges, children’s games area, boats, electric cars are all forbidden).
They are also allowed to swim at the end of the swimming pond, in the spillway (be careful, it is slippery!), or at the end of the fishing pond, being careful not to disturb the fishers, if there are any.
Think about your dogs, please do not leave them in your vehicles.
Yes, the many trees allow you to protect yourself from the sun.

Yes, it is free and your name will be written on it. You ask for it at reception on your 1st visit, then do not forget to stamp it each time you come here, and on the 5th time, it will be free for you.

Yes, it is optional, and you can take it out when you are booking (2.60% of the amount of the cost of the stay).
When you book online, you can go through a booking simulation (which will offer you all the options) and will calculate the whole price of your stay, as if it was giving you a quote.
This is possible, but only in off-peak season, for two nights as a minimum, the arrival and departure days, whenever it is convenient to you. In peak season, stays are for 7 nights as a minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.
Yes, it is valid for 3 days, and is confirmed with the payment of the 25% deposit of the total amount of the stay + booking costs (if necessary).

You can book in three ways:

– Or by telephone, on 05.53.54.74.60 (please have your bank card with you, a 25% deposit will be requested from you) + booking costs (for stays ≥ 7 days).
– “Paper” booking form – we advise against this option, it only puts a delay on the whole process, as we will need to send you your form, the rental you want could be booked in the meantime.
Online bookings on our website are processed on a first come, first served basis, this is why when you contact us, certain rentals are available, but then are not when you come to book, if you delay in making the booking. If such was the case, our booking department would contact you to consider another option.
Our rentals are over spacious areas, with no noise pollution, in a calm and family atmosphere, dedicated to lovers of nature.
In peak season, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
If, however, you arrive earlier, from 12:00pm, we can welcome you to the leisure park, so you can sit down if you are tired from your journey, refresh yourself at the snack bar if you wish, or have a swim, etc… Then, if at all possible, (various cleaning or maintenance in your rental has finished), we will set you up in your rental, at the earliest, around 2:30pm.
In off-peak season, the same, however for any other check-in request, outside of the 4:00pm to 7:00pm timeframe, please contact us to agree on any possible change.
For any arrival after reception has closed, please contact us by telephone.
At the time of leaving outside of reception’s opening hours, you must drop off your rental’s keys after having cleaned it (apart from when you have opted to pay for the rental being cleaned), in a place agreed with us.

Our caravans and gites are in a private enclosure, adjacent to the leisure park, a code-controlled security gate allows you to come back in at any time.
Yes, we have promotional offers from 4th April to 11th July and from 29th August to 26th September, for stays of 14 nights as a minimum.
As regards a second vehicle, it is possible with certain rentals, it is better to ask us, as this is payable in peak season, and not all rentals can take 2 cars.
You can, in this case, park in the leisure park’s car park.
This is optional, it is recommended to request this at the time of booking to be certain of availability.
Yes, a travel cot, a high chair can be booked for €4 per night – (hiring of plastic bathtub)
All our rentals have pillows, covers and draw-sheets.
Fabric sheets can be hired.
Yes, a gas hob (apart from the Hélios caravan – ceramic hob), a microwave oven, a fridge, a cafetière, tableware.
Yes, each rental has a barbecue (charcoal), not to be used on the terraces.
Electric barbecues are forbidden.
Yes, as a minimum, one sunbed per rental (apart from Sun Roller caravans).
You leave between 8:00am and 10:00am in the morning, let us know when is best for you, at the latest the day before you leave.

Yes, they must be microchipped, vaccinated and kept on a lead. Category 1 and 2 dogs (“dangerous dogs”) will be refused.
You must let reception know, and a visitor’s price will be payable upon their arrival (see internal regulations, section 8)
Yes, the snack bar and its open terrace, over the natural environment, offers you snacks to eat-in or take away the whole day, from 12:00pm to 8:30pm, only in peak season.
We can also offer you, in the evening (apart from Tuesday evenings), varied menus (confit of duck / Sarlat potatoes, rib-eye steak and chips / green beans, mussels and chips, thick slice of salmon / rice etc…), various desserts.
In peak season, the following are organised:
– Tuesday evenings, theme meals with guests, friendly and welcoming atmosphere,
– Wednesday mornings at 10:00am, aqua gym or games,
– Thursday evenings, Olympic Games, games for all ages, where each family competes in a great, fun atmosphere.
According to the weather, some dates can be postponed or cancelled.
The small size of our building does not enable us to set up a children’s club, our holiday-makers look around our site, spending their holiday sharing it with their family or amongst friends.
Parents or children can quickly get to know other guests, if they wish. Families can often be found at the end of the day or in the evening in the park with children playing land games or on the large trampoline.
Difficult to make a choice, such is the historic and prehistoric heritage of Périgord Noir, brimming with many treasures, we advise you to look through the “Périgord Découverte” (“Périgord Discovered”) guide upon your arrival.

In a radius of 15 to 30km around our park: canoeing, hiking, horse riding, quad biking, karting, paintballing, a tree-top rope course, golf, hot-air balloon.
Our country loves good food, and each region has its own specialities, Le Périgord not departing from this.
You will only be in a predicament in choosing what you want, amongst the country inns, the gourmet restaurants, the night-time farmer’s markets. But, you can also go “gourmet” shopping in many little markets.
In each rental, there is a small notice board going back over and detailing all of this information.

Outside July and August, or dates where the park is open to the general public, the park remains accessible to guests of the Residential Leisure Park. The swimming pool is in use and heated from 1st May, access to certain various land games, mini-golf, fishing, possibly the pedal boats.
In off-peak season, from 1st May, the heated pool is in use for our guests from 11:00am to 7:00pm (with no swimming supervision)
In peak season, from 28th June to 30th August from 11:00am to 7:00pm
